Bespoke/made to measure items:

In the case of made to measure items a 10% deposit of the total order.

SDH WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR MEASEMENTS SUPPLIED BY THE CUSTOMER.

balance must be cleared on delivery or collection of your order.

All items remain the property of SDH until all monies are paid in full.

Lead Times:
As all our furniture is handmade to order, our lead times can vary. Please contact us with your requirements and location to discuss our current schedule.

Delivery:

Please contact us with your postcode for a delivery quote or your very welcome to collect.
Please inform us in advance if you have difficult circumstances for delivery i.e.: block of flats, limited access, long distance from road to door, no parking etc.

Collection:
You are very welcome to collect your furniture.
Damaged/Faulty goods:
In the unlikely event of your furniture being damaged when you receive it we will endeavour to rectify the damage or replace the item at the earliest possible opportunity.

Note:
Please note that our handmade furniture is made from natural materials and therefore can be subject to natural changes dependant on its environmental conditions of which we can not be held responsible.
Please note that sizes and colours can vary slightly because of the nature of reclaimed wood and so photos and samples are a guide.
