Orders must be prepaid in order for South Cone to process and delivery. All orders except custom orders, these are products that were specifically taylored to suit your individual requirements (includes special fabrics or finish) can be cancelled. If your order was already manufactured and you cancel prior to shipping, then your request is subject to a 15% cancellation policy.
Custom orders, CANNOT be cancelled and customers are responsible for 100% of the price agreed.
South Cone items are made to order. Shipping typically occurs within 4 weeks. All orders are shipped White Glove Service, which includes in home delivery and set up by professional movers. Once the furniture arrives to a local warehouse near you, a representative from the delivery company will contact you to set up the delivery date and time. Kindly note, you will be responsible for disposing of any packaging materials. Please thoroughly inspect each item, if there is any damage please immediately notify the delivery service and include the detailed information on the Bill of Lading before you sign it, otherwise the carrier won't be responsible for any damage that occurred during transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects and to have excellent quality. In the event you want to return any of our products due to incorrect size, not what you wanted or expected you can do so. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping both inbound and outbound. If the product returned is damaged and the damage is not listed in your bill of lading, you will be responsible for the damage up to 100% of the price of the item.
In the event there is a defect on the product shipped, you must notify the shipper in the bill of lading and contact South Cone at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. After evaluating the problem, we will issue a return authorization and send a replacement product within 4 weeks.
